This boot camp is the toughest and powerful outdoor workout. It is run under supervision of Master Murat who had the privilege to learn the ancient and rigorous outdoor training of Shaolin monks. Boot camp is safe, challenging, and prepares the body for the unexpected. It improves allover fitness by increasing speed, endurance, strength, power, flexibility, balance and coordination. Boot Camp is mix of the best of several exercise disciplines, including functional exercise, martial arts, resistance training, obstacle courses, power yoga, core and agility training. This type of workout is consider one of the best total body exercise. includes a combination of strength aerobics, martial arts and flow yoga. This is the toughest workout you will ever love. It is safe, challenging, and prepares the body for the unexpected.
The program is adjusted for everyone, from white belt up! Bring your family and make a day of it. Wear your uniform and bring sunscreen and some running shoes. You’ll also want to bring some clothes to change into after training. Be there at Crissy Field Center at 9am on Saturdays.
